Meet Jewel Martin

Owner

Behind every smooth driveway, well-maintained commercial parking lot, and long-lasting asphalt surface is a commitment to craftsmanship, integrity, and hands-on leadership. As the owner of Elite Paving Inc, Jewel Martin brings a wealth of knowledge, a passion for precision, and over four decades of industry experience to every project her company undertakes. Under her guidance, Elite Paving Inc has established itself as a premier paving contractor serving residential and commercial clients across Lancaster County, Berks County, and the surrounding Pennsylvania communities.

Jewel’s journey in the paving industry is defined by a deep dedication to quality workmanship and honest customer service. Over the past 40-plus years, she has witnessed the evolution of asphalt paving technologies, materials, and techniques. This extensive background allows her to evaluate every project with an expert eye, anticipating structural challenges, evaluating soil and drainage conditions, and ensuring that every surface installed by Elite Paving Inc is built to withstand heavy traffic and rigorous seasonal weather.

A Legacy Built on Craftsmanship and Family Values

For Jewel, business is personal. Elite Paving Inc operates as a proudly local, family-owned business where traditions of quality and accountability are passed down through generations. Jewel believes that building strong asphalt surfaces begins with building strong relationships. Whether working with a homeowner looking to enhance their property’s curb appeal or a business owner needing comprehensive commercial parking lot management, Jewel leads with transparency, fairness, and clear communication.

Her approach to business management centers on treating every client’s property as if it were her own. From initial project consultations to the final roller pass, Jewel oversees operations to guarantee that safety standards are met, timelines are respected, and the final result exceeds client expectations. It is this level of personal involvement and dedication that has earned Elite Paving Inc a reputation for reliability and trust throughout the region.

Deep Expertise in Comprehensive Asphalt Services

Asphalt is far more than just a mix of aggregate and binder; it is the foundation of a property’s functionality and visual appeal. Jewel’s core expertise lies in comprehensive asphalt services, encompassing every phase of the pavement lifecycle. Her deep technical understanding covers everything from base course preparation and hot-mix asphalt installation to precision resurfacing, crack sealing, and ongoing sealcoating maintenance.

Under Jewel’s leadership, Elite Paving Inc specializes in a full spectrum of specialized paving solutions:

  • Residential Driveway Services: Custom asphalt paving, repaving, and maintenance designed to boost curb appeal, eliminate water pooling, and withstand daily vehicular use.
  • Commercial Asphalt & Blacktop Solutions: Durable paving for shopping centers, office complexes, industrial sites, and private roadways designed for high-traffic durability.
  • Parking Lot Installation & Resurfacing: Complete layout, asphalt installation, line striping, and structural repairs to ensure safe, attractive, and accessible commercial properties.
  • Pavement Preservation & Maintenance: Proactive sealcoating, asphalt patching, and crack filling that protect surfaces against UV damage, moisture intrusion, and chemical spills.

Jewel’s comprehensive knowledge ensures that Elite Paving Inc uses only high-grade materials and industry-proven methods, delivering durable paving solutions that provide real, long-term value for property owners.

Life Beyond the Paving Site: Creativity, Nature, and Family

While Jewel spends much of her time overseeing paving projects and directing company operations, her creative eye and passion for transforming spaces extend well beyond the asphalt industry. Outside of work, she is an avid home decorator and a passionate gardener and landscaper. Her love for landscaping and gardening gives her a unique perspective on outdoor aesthetics, allowing her to appreciate how clean pavement lines, proper grading, and lush green spaces come together to create balanced, inviting exterior environments.

Above all else, Jewel values spending quality time with her family. Balancing the demands of running a successful paving company with family life keeps her grounded and constantly reminds her of the importance of community, hard work, and creating lasting legacies. Her personal values of care, nurture, and attention to detail flow directly back into Elite Paving Inc, influencing how she cares for her team, serves her clients, and gives back to the local area.
